She has been president of ManpowerGroup Latin America since 2013 and in this period she has been distinguished with several awards. In 2017 she became the first woman to lead the American Chamber of Commerce Mexico and in 2019 she was distinguished as ‘Woman of the Decade in Innovation and Leadership’ by the Women Economic Forum (WEF). She was part of the private sector’s working grouphat advised the government of Mexico in the signing of the USMCA. She is a strategic ally of the G20 Private Sector Alliance for the Empowerment and Advancement of Women’s Economic Representation (EMPOWER), an advisor to the STEAM Movement and author of the book “How to get your first job”. In July 2023 she was recognized by WEF as Woman of the Decade.
