She is the current CEO of Mexican construction company ICA Tenedora, a private company that inherited the construction company established by Bernardo Quintana in 1947. The Mexican company heads key construction projects in the administration of President Andrés Manuel López Obrador, such as the Mayan Train and Dos Bocas. Phillips joined the company’s ranks in the midst of Empresas ICA’s restructuring. He has an extensive track record of sitting on the Boards of Directors of companies such as Grupo Televisa and Volaris.
