Vicky Safra is the 94th richest person in the world, with an estimated fortune of US$16.5 billion, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index. The widow and heiress of Brazilian banker Joseph Safra, the philanthropist with Greek citizenship resides in Switzerland, from where she serves at the head of the Vicky and Joseph Safra Foundation. She had four children with the businessman, who died in 2020. Together, they are heirs to an empire that includes three banks with about US$100 billion in assets.
