Ramon Mendiola

Ramón Mendiola is the CEO of Florida Ice & Company (FIFCO), a leading Central American company with three lines of business: food and beverages, retail and real estate. Mendiola has held this position since 2003 and has managed to lead the company through several critical periods such as the economic crisis of 2008, the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic and currently the high inflationary figures that are impacting the production chain. He also led the process of entering the North American market and the business’s expansion in Central America.
