Marcos Galperin

Marcos Galperín is the founder of MercadoLibre, the Argentine unicorn valued at more than US$50 billion. In 2020 Galperín made the decision to step down as CEO and president of the local operation, maintaining his position as head of operations in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Chile and Uruguay. This year the company became one of the 100 most valuable brands in the world and in second quarter reported record revenues of US$2.6 billion.
