The Guatemalan computer scientist and entrepreneur has stood out for developing technological projects worldwide. Co-founder of the mobile application for learning languages Duolingo, with more than 300 million users and more than 100 courses in 28 languages, which became a unicorn company in 2020 and in 2021 entered the Nasdaq stock market on the NYSE, valued at US$5 billion. One of its social arms is the Luis Von Ahn Foundation. Duolingo has increase its earnings forecasts for 2022, which reflect an annual growth of 38% in total reserves.
