Iván Arriagada

Executive chairman of the Chilean mining group that controls Los Pelambres, Centineral, Zaldívar and Antucoya. Currently, Antofagasta Minerals has an extensive portfolio of projects, which Arriagada is promoting, and this year he was elected to chair the board of the Chilean Mining Council, at a time when the industry is facing huge challenges, among other factors, to the fall in copper prices.
