Helena Caldeira

Helena Lopes Caldeira is CFO at Banco Inter, which she joined in 2016, leading the new business development team for one year, before taking over the investor relations area in 2017, and taking on her current position in 2020. She was part of Inter’s largest transactions, such as the IPO on B3, three follow-on operations, key M&A deals, and the migration of the stock to Nasdaq. She has a degree in economics from IBMEC, an MBA from London Business School, and is certified by Anbima as an investment manager (CGA).
