Elie Horn

Elie Horn is the founder and main shareholder of Cyrela, one of the largest developers and builders in the country, a leader in medium and high-end residential real estate. Since 2014, he has been the chairman of the board of directors, a position he also holds at SYN (formerly Cyrela Commercial Properties), a commercial real estate company. Born in Syria, he moved to Brazil as a child. He is one of the country’s biggest philanthropists in terms of donations, and has said he will donate 60% of his estate.
