Daniel Vila and José Luis Manzano are two influential Argentine businessmen. Together with Mauricio Filiberti, in 2021 they bought the electric power company Edenor, with an outlay of close to US$200 million. After one year of management, the company ─which makes an operating loss─ improved its results by 63%. In addition, the duo owns the América media group. Manzano owns Integra Capital, which has shares in a lithium project in Catamarca and is also a shareholder of the oil company Phoenix Global Resources.
