Carlos Augusto Piani

Carlos Augusto Piani is a board member of Equatorial and Vibra and serves as president of the Canadian division of Kraft Heinz. He was formerly a director of Vinci Capital, as co-head of the private equity area. Piani has also been a board member of Companhia Mineira de Açúcar e Álcool Participações and Unidas since July 2011. He obtained the title of CFA Charterholder from the CFA Institute in 2003 and completed the Owners and President Management (OPM) program at Harvard Business School in 2008. He now founded the SPAC vehicle HPX Capital.
