Julio Bertrand assumed the general management of the CAP Group in May 2020. He controls the main producer of iron minerals and pellets on the American Pacific coast, and the only company in Chile present in the entire ferrous value chain. The steel mining group avoided the negative impact of the pandemic, and last year its consolidated revenues reached USD 2,679,003 and gross profits of USD 890,704, exceeding previous periods. This was the first year of management for this Chilean engineer and consultant who is committed to increasing the production of iron, steel and other products.
