Since April 2022, she assumed the rectorship of the Universidad de los Andes, where she was also academic vice-rector. Her management has been framed by great achievements: she led the process of adapting the institution to virtuality, due to the pandemic; she headed the team that built the Integral Development Program (PDI 2021-2025) that marks the roadmap of the University for five years; and she led the initiative of the Colombian Longitudinal Survey of this University securing about US$2 million to finance two stages and finalizing the consortium with the DANE so that the ELCA (now known as ELCO) became part of the inventory of surveys in the country. In addition, it has carried out several projects to evaluate the impact of early childhood care programs with funding from the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare, the Jacobs Foundation, the UBS Optimus Foundation, the IDB, the Exito Foundation, 3ie and Grand Challenges Canada, among others.
