Isabella Wanderley is corporate vice president and general manager of Novo Nordisk Brazil since 2021. With more than 25 years of experience in the consumer market, she has worked in Brazil, Latin America and Europe, in companies such as Gillette, Brahma and L’Óreal. Prior to Novo Nordisk, she was Vice President of new channels at Boticário Group, where she was responsible for diversifying the business into digital channels, direct sales and retail. Wanderley is also a member of the board of directors of Interfarma and an independent member of the board of directors of C&A.
