Helena Caldeira is CFO of Inter, a fintech with more than 26 million customers. She has been with billionaire Rubens Menin’s financial institution since 2016, when she led the new business development team, before taking over the investor relations area in 2017 and the CFO position in 2020. She was part of Inter’s most significant operations, such as its IPO on Brazil’s B3, key M&A transactions and the migration of shares to Nasdaq. Inter aims to grow in the U.S. as a financial services platform option for Latino immigrants, while advancing the monetization of its customer base, with a recent focus on enterprises.
