Bloomberg Línea — Los nominados a la 96ª edición de los Premios de la Academia han sido revelados este martes, con Oppenheimer a la cabeza con 13 candidaturas.
Poor Things le sigue de cerca con 11 nominaciones, luego con 10 nominaciones para Killers of the Flower Moon, Barbie con ocho nominaciones y Maestro con siete nominaciones.
Los actores Zazie Beetz y Jack Quaid han sido los encargados de anunciar a los nominados desde el Teatro Samuel Goldwyn de Beverly Hills. La entrega de los Oscar se llevará a cabo el domingo 10 de marzo, con Jimmy Kimmel como maestro de ceremonias por cuarta ocasión.
Al igual que en las recientes nominaciones a los BAFTA, Barbie perdió dos categorías principales que se esperaba que obtuviera: Mejor Director para Greta Gerwig y Mejor Actriz para Margot Robbie.
La sociedad de la nieve, cinta dirigida y escrita por J. A. Bayona, que relata el accidente del vuelo 571 de la Fuerza Aérea Uruguaya en la cordillera de los Andes en 1972, logró dos nominaciones: mejor película internacional, y mejor maquillaje y peluquería.
