Marlene Molero created Genderlab in 2018, offering consultancy on gender diversity and inclusion for organizations in the region. With the support of the Inter-American Development Bank and the governments of Bolivia, Colombia and Peru, and in alliance with chambers of commerce and private companues, Genderlad implemented a digital tool called ELSA (Espacios Laborales Sin Acoso, or Workplaces Without Harassment) that seeks to promote a culture of prevention and workplace spaces without sexual harassment. To that end the tool carries out participative diagnostics and creates specific action plans for the needs and characteristics of each organization.
