Susan Doniz has lived and worked on four continents. The executive, who is now Boeing’s chief information officer and senior vice president of information technology, information security, data and analytics, said she seeks to champion diversity, equity and inclusion. She has served on many non-profit boards. Doniz also supports Boeing’s business growth through IT and analytics-related revenue generation programs and serves on the company’s Executive Board. Prior to joining Boeing in 2020, Doniz was CIO of the Qantas Airways Group, where she expanded the airline’s digital ecosystem and embraced new technologies to meet the needs of the company and its customers. Previously, during a 17-year career at Procter & Gamble, she led IT programs supporting sales, research and development, supply chain, as well as a cross-functional program to digitize the enterprise. Doniz has also worked at SAP, where she was a strategic advisor to the global CEO on transformation and customer support technology issues, and at Aimia. Her native language is Spanish-and she advocates for Hispanic communities-in addition to being fluent in French and English. Doniz holds a degree in engineering from the University of Toronto and has also worked at Eindhoven University of Technology and Harvard Business School.
