Sofia Hernandez is the global head of business marketing for TikTok, the short video platform from China’s ByteDance. She is responsible for creating marketing solutions that help brands become fluent on TikTok and engage with their communities through storytelling. Prior to TikTok, she was Chief Customer Officer at consumer insights platform Suzy, where she was responsible for driving retention and revenue growth. She has over 18 years of experience leading some of the global marketing campaigns for companies such as P&G, J&J, Netflix and Spotify. Sofia is also a social justice advocate and co-founder of the Black on Black BK clothing line, dedicated to spreading messages of equality and empowerment.
