Suelma Rosa is Unilever’s director of reputation and corporate affairs for Latin America and the Caribbean. She is a key leader on issues of diversity and women’s representation in the corporate world. She is on the board of Mulheres em Relações Governamentais (RelGov), and is active in several organizations linked to ESG and sustainability issues. Rosa holds a PhD in political science from the Sorbonne University (France) and has worked in the federal government in the area of foreign trade.
