Pedro Helibrón is CEO of Copa Airlines and a member of the Star Alliance global airline network. He began leading the company in 1988 when it had an active fleet of two aircraft, which this year is expected to reach 99 aircraft, including 32 B737 MAX9 models, 58 B737 800NG models and 9 B-737-700NG models. According to Heilbron, during the first quarter of 2002, the company’s total revenues were US$693.4 million, an increase of 7.5% compared to 2019 revenues.
