Paula Santilli is, as of 2019, the CEO of PepsiCo Latin America. The first Argentine executive to reach a position of such hierarchy within the international company studied communication and developed her career in the marketing area. Before joining PepsiCo, 14 years ago, she worked for several internationally renowned companies, such as Campbell Soup Company, Quaker Oats and Kellogg’s Company. She has lived in Mexico for the past 13 years.
