Martín Migoya is one of the four co-founders of the multinational software company Globant, headquartered in Buenos Aires. He has led the company since 2003 and managed to expand its reach globally, with offices in more than 15 countries. In the last two years, Globant has followed an inorganic growth strategy and has made nine acquisitions since January 2022. During this year, it made important acquisitions, such as Experience IT in the United States and Pentalog in France. The New York-listed Argentine unicorn recently released its Q1 2023 results, reflecting year-on-year revenue growth of 17.7% to US$472.4 million.
