Marcos Mion is one of Brazil’s leading television presenters under contract with TV Globo, where he hosts the program Caldeirão com Mion, which replaced Caldeirão do Huck on Saturday afternoons. He has also recently presented broadcasts of events and festivals. In the early 2000s, Mion had success starring in programs on MTV Brazil. He also worked for broadcasters Bandeirantes and Record, hosting the reality shows Ídolos and A Fazenda. Mion has an autistic son and is a recognized activist for the cause of people affected by that condition. He holds a degree in Social Communication from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo.
