American Kim Farrell is regional operations and marketing manager for TikTok in Latin America, the world’s most downloaded app in 2022. Farrell, a Harvard graduate, has worked for major companies such as Booking.com and Google. At TikTok, she leads all operations teams (including content strategy, verticals, community, program and ecosystem) and regional consumer marketing.
