Heitor Martins leads McKinsey’s Digital Practice in Latin America. He has been with the firm since 1993, leading the New Ventures practice for Latin America and working primarily in financial and digital services. He is very active in the venture capital sector, helping clients evaluate investment opportunities in the financial sector. Over the years, Heitor has held several leadership positions at McKinsey, including managing partner of the Buenos Aires office from 2000 to 2004. Outside McKinsey, he is president of Masp (Museu de Arte de São Paulo), the most important fine arts museum in South America. He was also president of the Fundação Bienal de São Paulo, one of the most important contemporary art shows in the region, from 2009 to 2013.
