Bloomberg Línea presents The Women of Impact in Latin America 2023. This year’s edition of our list we recognize leaders who represent gender advances in the region in business, finance, entertainment, and sports. The nominees here were selected by Bloomberg Línea's Editorial Board after a rigorous analysis of the performance of hundreds of female professionals in Latin America. The result does not represent a ranking, but rather a recognition of a fraction of the countless women who lead their fields in the continent.

For the 2023 edition of Bloomberg Línea’s Women of Impact, the Editorial Board focused on three points: leadership, financial and business impact, and social influence. This list complements others published by Bloomberg Línea such as Latin America’s 500 or 100 Influential Latinos.
