Nanette Cocero is global president of Pfizer Vaccines. She has been with the pharmaceutical company for 20 years and currently leads the development, marketing and delivery of vaccines. She describes herself as a proud Latina, born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and raised in that country and Spain. In 2021, she was named among the 101 most influential Latinos by Latino Leaders magazine and among the 50 most powerful Latinas by ALPFA (Association of Latino Professionals For America).
