Fiesta

Lima | Peru

One of the top 30 restaurants to do business in Latin America

Why choose it: Fiesta brought to Lima in 1996 the seasoning that characterizes the food of northern Peru by the hand of chef Héctor Solís. Solis founded the first Fiesta restaurant in 1983 in Chiclayo, capital of the Lambayeque region, with the aim of adding quality to the use of local ingredients that characterize northern Peruvian cuisine. The restaurant is characterized by the experience it offers diners with the presence of culinary advisors who take the time to explain to customers the particularities of each dish served, as well as the origin of the ingredients used in its preparation.

Business tips: Fiesta is located in a spacious two-story building with a modern architectural appearance and a minimalist design on the outside, which is almost unnoticed by those who have no previous knowledge of the restaurant. It operates exclusively by reservation and has private and semi-private spaces for those who want to celebrate a special occasion or for executives looking to close deals in an intimate space. Fiesta’s location is also strategic as it is close to offices and business centers in the capital.

Average cost per person (excluding drinks): PEN $370 (USD 98).

Address: Av. Reducto 1276, Miraflores 15074, Lima, Peru.
