Ana Cabral-Gardner is CEO and co-chair of the Board of Sigma Lithium, one of the world’s largest lithium mining companies. Listed on Nasdaq and the Toronto Stock Exchange, the company has caught Tesla’s interest. She is also co-founder and managing partner of A10 Investimentos, the private equity boutique controlling Sigma. She was head of Equity Capital Markets for Latin America at Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse, participated in the privatization of Vale in the 1990s, and was one of the founders of Mulheres do Brasil, the main movement promoting women in leadership positions.
