Luiz Frias leads Folha-UOL Group, which operates in journalism with the portals Folha de S.Paulo, Agora and UOL, services and payments sites, with PagSeguro PagBank. With a degree in economics from the University of São Paulo (USP) and a master’s degrees from Cambridge University and the University of Paris, he is currently consolidating PagSeguro, founded in 2006 as a payment devices company. According to Forbes’ ranking of billionaires, Frias has an estimated fortune of US$15 billion.
