Luis Justo became CEO of Osklen at the age of 28, and was responsible for leading the brand’s expansion and transformation. In 2011, he took over as CEO of the largest music festival in the world, Rock in Rio, an event that expects to move R$2.5 billion this year. In 2015, he received the Business Personality of the Year award from the Brazilian Association of Training and Development, in recognition of his professional trajectory.
