Kim Farrell, a US native, is head of operations and marketing manager for TikTok in Latin America, the most downloaded app in the world for two consecutive years and the most consumed social network by kids and teens, according to research - even though the plataform is avaiable only for over 13 years. Before joining the platform in June 2020, Farrell worked for almost eight years in marketing at Google and for one and a half years at Booking.com.
