Jorge Perez

At 71, Argentine developer Jorge Perez --a prominent real estate player in Miami-- handed over the helm of Related Group to his son Jon Paul, who as of this year is the new president of the company. The “king of the condos”, as he is known in Florida, began the transition in order to dedicate himself to art, another of his great passions. However, Perez did not want to leave the company without first setting foot in his homeland and landed in Puerto Madero with a mixed-use complex that includes residences and hotel services managed under the SLS brand.
