Carolina Jannicelli today leads JPMorgan Chase’s Community Impact team and is leading the implementation of the firm’s $30 billion commitment to close the racial wealth gap. She also serves on the Corporate Advisory Board of UnidosUS, one of the largest Latino civil rights advocacy organizations in the US, and is a member of the Americas Society’s Americas Arts Circle. Jannicelli holds a B.A. in Finance and Investments from Babson College and has been with the financial services company for 22 years. She grew up between Nicaragua and Costa Rica, but currently lives in New York.
