Bela Gil is the host, creator, and chef of Camélia Òdòdó, an organic and healthfood cuisine restaurant. She is one of the leaders of the sustainable food wave and also a bestselling author, activist, and guest professor on the graduate program of PUC in Rio Grande do Sul. With two million followers on social networks, she has a master’s degree in gastronomic sciences from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Italy and is vice president of the Instituto Brasil Orgânico (IBO).
