Adriana Noreña

Ranked as one of the leading women in technology, the Cali-born executive is currently based in Brazil, where she built her career with the momentum of the technology boom. She joined the technology company in 2006 when it was just starting operations in Latin America, with São Paulo as its starting point. At that time, she recalls, it was a company with no more than 5,000 employees. Today, she advocates female inclusion and the use of more humane technology.
