Clarissa de la Rocha has been with the Central Bank of the Dominican Republic for 44 years, and has held the position of deputy governor for 18 of those, appointed by then president Leonel Fernández. She has participated in several missions related to the restructuring of the debt of commercial banks, and has also been involved in the creation of several financial sector reforms, as well as the administration of international reserves for central banks.
