Leonel Andrade is the CEO of CVC Corp, the largest tourism group in Latin America. After working at Credicard and Smiles, Leonel took over CVC with the mission of digitalizing the operation and taking the company out of a financial crisis (which was later aggravated by the pandemic), which involved renegotiation of debts totaling R$ 2 billion and one write-off of R$ 638 million. Upon the end of the pandemic, the company bets on the recovery of the tourism industry, e-commerce, and the new company store format.
