In March 2021, she became the first Mexican woman to lead the telecommunications company’s operations in the country, after a year as interim CEO. In that period she delivered results in growing the company’s subscriber base, generating consecutive quarterly improvements in operating cash flow. Before joining AT&T in 2018, the professional with more than 15 years of experience in the telecom sector worked in government areas and represented Mexico before the OECD. The executive is part of a delegation of entrepreneurs in the sector that has met with President Andrés Manuel López Obrador to accelerate the promise to secure internet access in Mexico by 2022.
