Andrés Moreno is the founder, president of the board of directors and CEO of Open English, a leading company in the teaching of English in Latin America and the Hispanic market in the United States. In 2005, Moreno, together with his partner, Wilmer Sarmiento, designed a system that would allow students to learn English online from native English-speaking teachers at any time, any day and from anywhere. In 2010 they already had 5,000 students. However, this 2021 they reached their first million. Today they operate throughout Latin America and have offices in Miami, Bogotá, Sao Paulo, Caracas and Buenos Aires.
