Along with his wife, Sigman leads the Insud Group, a conglomerate of companies linked to the pharmaceutical, agribusiness and culture sectors, among others. The companies that make up this group include mAbxience, which since 2009 specializes in the research and development of monoclonal antibodies. In 2020 it reached an agreement with the National Government, the Government of Mexico and AstraZeneca to produce the vaccine against Covid-19 in the plant that the laboratory has in Garín, Greater Buenos Aires. The Insud Group has more than 8,000 employees and in 2019 it registered a turnover of 1.5 billion euros.
